Explore Eastham, our small outer Cape Cod town. Referred to by the New York Times as "Cape Cod's little secret…", Eastham is home to pristine beaches, marsh systems, and miles of trails. Along with your bathing suit, towel, and book, bring your walking shoes, kayak, and bicycle. We invite you to enjoy our little piece of paradise in the historic Fort Hill area, another well kept secret. Just a short walk from our cottages you will step back in time, past magnificent sea captains' homes and onto preserved uplands with spectacular panoramic views of Nauset Marsh and the outer beaches.

One of our three cottages is sure to become your home away from home. Originally built in the 40s by local builder and landowner, Clayton Horton, our cottages are nestled in a wonderful grove of trees at the base of Fort Hill. Clayton first moved two antique 18th century homes from South Orleans to neighboring parcels. He then built our cottages from salvaged materials from the barns of these homes, and sited them amongst the apple trees of his old orchard. While the "bones" and architectural details of the cottages are original, the layouts and and systems have been updated and re-designed. Although similar in size, each one-bedroom cottage is unique. We take great pride in welcoming you to our special cottages, designed for comfort, appointed with simplicity. It's all yours – relax, nap, read, take a walk, explore...
